Shake the Salt has started a new meme called: A Moment for Me.It is a reminder that we all need to take time for ourselves, sometimes we get caught up in the everyday routine, we forget about us and we mom's are the ones that keep the family together.
I have Aroma Therapy Candles I use. I put them around the tub and on the sink counter turn the lights off and I usually pray....this is my quiet time and I spend a few minutes with my Heavenly Father.
So remember take time for you MOM!!
